Technology in the service of your mission.

Most IT providers sell you tools. We build the calm underneath your work: systems that hold up when it matters, software your whole team can use, and accessibility that is built in from the start instead of bolted on later.

The founder

MAB IT Solutions was founded by Michel-Anthony Borde, a blind entrepreneur and SaaS developer who uses a screen reader every single day.

That is not a footnote in his biography. It is the quality standard for the whole business. Michel-Anthony personally does manual screen-reader and keyboard testing on client work, because he knows exactly what it feels like to hit a wall on a website or an app that was built without him in mind.

Before starting MAB IT Solutions, he worked in customer service at Apple and Web Hosting Canada, where he learned what good support actually feels like: plain language, real answers, no running in circles. As a developer, he designed and operates two proprietary CRMs, OSIRIS CRM and Lyam CRM, built from the ground up with accessibility in the architecture.

He founded this business on a simple conviction: accessible technology is better technology for everyone. A form that works with a screen reader works better for a tired volunteer at midnight too. A website with clean structure and honest contrast is easier for every visitor, on every device.

The mission

Technology in the service of your mission. That is the whole idea.

You did not start your nonprofit or your business to fight with software. Your tools should carry the load so you can spend your time on the work that actually matters: your people, your clients, your community. Everything we build, fix, audit or manage is judged by one question: does this make your mission easier to carry out?

What guides every engagement

Closeness

You talk to one person who knows your organization, not a ticket queue. We learn how your team actually works, in your language, English or French, and we stay close enough to notice problems before you have to report them.

Simplicity

No jargon, no mystery. We explain what we are doing, why it matters, and what it costs, in plain words. If a simpler tool does the job, we say so, even when it means a smaller invoice for us.

Reliability

We answer. We show up. We document your environment so nothing depends on one person’s memory. What is yours stays yours, and if we ever part ways, you get a full handover in five business days, free.

Accessibility

Accessibility is not a feature you add at the end. It is a design material, like security: it has to be in the foundation. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first sketch, and we test with a screen reader and a keyboard because automated tools only catch a fraction of real barriers.

The record

Since 2019, MAB IT Solutions has supported more than 180 Canadian nonprofits and small businesses: CENTRE CLARK, Impact Hub Ottawa, Mon Bras Droit Éduc, the National Campus and Community Radio Association, Fondation des aveugles du Québec, Androiability, and many others.

Seven years in, the promise has not changed: human support, honest advice, and technology that works for everyone on your team.
