Accessibility & Auditing
Built in, not bolted on.
Our founder, Michel-Anthony Borde, is blind. He uses a screen reader every day. So at MAB IT Solutions, accessibility is not a service line. It is how every project gets built.
Accessible technology is better technology for everyone. Clearer navigation, readable text, forms that actually work: these help every visitor, not just people with disabilities. And when you bake WCAG 2.2 AA and AODA compliance into the architecture from day one, you avoid the costly remediation that comes from fixing it later.
Is this for you?
- Your Ontario organization has 20 or more people on the team, and the December 31, 2026 AODA reporting deadline is getting close.
- Your website or app should work for everyone, including people who use screen readers or navigate by keyboard.
- You want a clear list of what is broken, what the law requires, and what to fix first.
If any of that sounds familiar, keep reading.
AODA compliance consulting
If your team is 20 or more, your Ontario organization must file an accessibility compliance report by December 31, 2026, and then every three years after that. Miss it, and corporations face penalties of up to $100,000 per day.
We make the process straightforward. We review where you stand, identify the gaps, and help you file a complete, accurate report. Our AODA compliance report support is a fixed package at $1,950, so you know the cost before we start.
WCAG 2.2 AA technical audits
An audit tells you exactly where your site stands against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. Every audit is done by hand: our founder tests your site personally with a screen reader and a keyboard, the way your real users experience it.
Automated checkers catch only about 13% of WCAG 2.2 AA criteria. The other 87% needs a human being. That is what you get here.
- Express audit, $1,450: a focused review that finds the issues hurting your users most.
- Full audit, $4,950: a complete, page-by-page technical review with documented findings.
Remediation your developers can actually use
A report nobody can act on is worthless. Our findings come with screenshots, concrete fixes, and the legal requirements separated from the nice-to-have improvements, so your team knows exactly what to fix first. We retest after the fixes go live and support your developers through the whole process.
Accessible design and universal design strategy
Building something new? We help you get it right from the start: navigation architecture, semantic structure, keyboard interaction design, focus states, and design systems your team can reuse. It costs far less than fixing an inaccessible product after launch.
Accessibility monitoring
Websites change. Every update risks introducing new barriers. Our monitoring service watches your site continuously and flags new issues before your users run into them, for $395 per month.
