Accessibility Statement
How we build this website to work for everyone — and how to tell us when it doesn’t.
Accessibility is the work we do, so it has to be the way we work. MAB IT Solutions builds and maintains this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard we apply to our own work and recommend to every client.
What we do on this website
Every page uses a semantic heading structure and a skip link. Navigation — including the mega menu and the mobile menu — works by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and Escape to close. Text has strong contrast, images that carry meaning have text alternatives, forms have labels, and the layout adapts down to a 320-pixel-wide screen without sideways scrolling. Our founder is blind and uses this website with a screen reader every day; barriers here are personal, and they get fixed. We test this website with assistive technologies, including screen readers.
Known limitations
A few parts of the buying experience, such as payment processing at checkout, are provided by external platforms. We choose providers that publish accessibility commitments, and we report barriers to them when we find any. If something on this site does not work with your technology, that is our problem to fix, not yours to work around.
Tell us about a barrier
Email michel@mabit.ca or call (613) 417-1740. We read every message, and accessibility reports go to the top of our fix list. If you need any content from this website in another format, ask — we will provide it.
